Earlier this year, we stopped in to see our friend (and Lodging Broker, Former Innkeeper, Cookbook Author, and more) Dana Moos take the helm of Stonewall Kitchen’s attractive and well-equipped Cooking School for her ‘Brunchin in Style’ class.

Dana, author of the celebrated cookbook, ‘The Art of Breakfast – How to Bring B&B Entertaining Home‘, knows her way around a kitchen. It was fun hearing her share some stories from her former Innkeeping days as she conveyed the fundamentals of some creative, colorful and delicious brunch dishes including Poached Eggs over Sweet Potato Hash Browns and Baby Spinach topped with a Caramelized Onion Cream Sauce, Maple Panna Cotta topped with Sliced Bananas and Granola Crumble, and Monte Cristo Tarts filled with Ham, Havarti and Pears topped with a Raspberry Maple Mustard.
